Truth be told, I'm sometimes conflicted about using "we" versus "I" because, in reality, Buffalock and Key is "me". I'm Hillel (Eli). I arrived in Buffalo to pursue locksmithing about 16 years ago, and not long after my arrival, I established my own shop. As beginnings often are, it was challenging at first. However, I suppose Buffalo was in need of an honest locksmith specializing in automotive locksmithing because business picked up fairly quickly. Within a few years, my mobile locksmith service expanded into a full-service shop with a few employess and a storefront on Main Street. While it's gratifying to be successful, running a business can also be stressful. Eventually, yearning for a simpler life, I made the decision to sell the shop and the few vans, and now I'm back to a one-man mobile locksmith service - and loving it! I'm back to relishing what I love most about this trade: delivering exceptional personal service at affordable prices that both I and my customers are happy with.
