DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS?

I'll be happy to hear what your lock or key related issue is and offer solutions. Texting or sending an email with a picture of the key, lock or door you're having an issue with might be helpful sometimes in order to provide good advice or an accurate quote though most locksmith jobs can be quoted with just a few simple questions.

DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?

I charge fpr results rather then labor so for most service requests,  firm quotes are given over the phone before the work is echeduled. I base those quotes on a number of factors, time being one of them. Some other factors might include the tools necessary to complete the job, how specialized it is, cost of material, distance I would need to travel, time of day and extreme weather conditions. However, if a job takes me longer than I anticipated, it doesn't affect the price.WHICH

PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

With Buffalock and Key Locksmith Services being a one man operation, I can be very flexible with the payment methods I accept. I accept all major credit cards as well as the different money transfer apps. I do my best for the transaction to be as smooth as possible, from being clear about all aspects of the job on the initial call, to arriving on time and completing the work in a timely manner, to offering payment methods that are convenient.

When possible, it would make more sense to wait until daytime or otherwise better coditions but sometimes we don;t have that choice and things done NOW. If you're locked out of your house, stranded somewhere because your car keys are lost, or need lock changed IMMEDIATELY, that is something I will be bale to help with. ARE YOU A MOBILE LOCKSMITH? HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

I used to have a brick and mortar locksmith shop which I sold a few years ago, opting for a simpler life. These days my shop is in my van. I am based in Buffalo, NY and regularly travel for service calls in the greater Buffalo area. From time to time I travel further. Furthest I travelled for locksmith related work was Binghamton. NY. I'm not sure how they even got my number but they couldn't find any other locksmith to make them a key for their car. Was over a 2 hour drive, luckily making the key didn't take as long and they were able to be on their way shortly after I arrived.
